MyZentient is a web app built for not-for-profits to manage their IT tools, data, and training. Accessible through any modern browser, it's designed for small organisations without dedicated IT staff—no technical expertise required. Guided workflows and best-practice templates make IT management simple.

MyZentient is free for ACNC-registered charities with one admin user. Additional administrator licences cost $40 + GST per month. Need to try it first? Contact us for a free trial.

Our first live module is a password manager for securely storing and sharing credentials. Create groups, assign users, and ensure only the right people see each password. A companion browser extension autofills logins, saves new credentials, and checks site safety. A self-audit module for benchmarking digital maturity is coming soon.

We provide email support with a 24-hour response time. Many issues are resolved immediately; if not, we'll arrange a call to help you further.

MyZentient follows strict security practices, including regular cybersecurity audits and compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles Act. Data is stored on Microsoft-managed cloud servers in Australia and never shared without consent. By default, only you can access your data. If you need help, you can temporarily grant and later revoke access for a Zentient support person. Should you leave the platform, you can request a full data export in spreadsheet format.
